7 day detox Review: Does 7 day detox really work?

I’ll be honest with you, I never was one to eat right,
especially since I moved on my own and had to cook my own
dinners.

Breakfasts could always go down with an omelet or something
to keep my stomach busy while at work, lunch would consist
of some spicy/greasy fast food crap that I could literally
feel killing me slowly and of course, the huge basket of
chips and some beers in the evening, watching a movie or
some game.

Let’s face it, many of us have these deplorable eating
habits and coping that with a lack of physical activity
(unless you consider reaching for some papers in your office
desk or getting off the couch to grab the remote physical
activity) equals several negative attributes: lack of
vitality, gaining weight, gas, bloating and a general state
of discomfort.

Well one day, after some nasty stomach aching the week
before, I decided it’s time to change these and looking on
the Internet, I found that besides getting into a good
eating habit, I should also try to “repair” the damage done
so far, by cleansing my colon.

It might have sounded disgusting at first, but reading the
reviews for several products and witnessing others with
similar problems as mine simply cast them away, I was
convinced I need to cleanse myself as well.

Two of the products that really caught my eye were Bowtrol,
which most experts agreed is the end all be all solution for
a healthy colon and the 7-day-Detox pack, which sounded
amazing on paper. Let me start with reviewing this last one,
since it’s the first I tried.

The reason I tried 7-day-Detox first over Bowtrol was a sort
of rookie mistake that makes marketing of such products
possible. I was obviously attracted by the fact that the 7-
day-Detox pack promised results and speed, whereas Bowtrol
only promised results.

Despite the motto on the 7-day-Detox website, that they
“don’t offer hype, just results” hype was increasingly high
over this product, since many fatsoes, just like me, were
hypnotized by the possibility to lose 10 pounds or so in a
week.

After following the program closely, I have to admit, I felt
slightly better, but I was also disappointed.

I didn’t lose a lot of weight and my stomach problems
weren’t completely gone.

I was still feeling bloated at times, I was still gassy and
my vitality wasn’t really picking up, like the label on the
pack promised.

I should have known better that there’s no such thing as a
miracle cure to fat, but meh…like I said, rookie mistake.

When switching to Bowtrol, I was already settling down to a
more balanced diet and Bowtrol made my efforts pay out,
although not in 7 days, nor in 14.

It took about a month of treatment to fully feel its effects
and by the time I was done, none of my past problems were
bugging me anymore. Bye-bye annoying bloating, bye-bye to
feeling down 24/7. I was radiating with energy.

Ok, it might not have been ALL Bowtrol’s doing there, since
my diet probably also helped a lot, but Bowtrol was the
catalyst that made it all possible and I would definitely
recommend it over the 7-day-Detox plan.
